The Manager of DFT Engineering will lead a team working on the future integration of DFT into real SOC in most advanced technology.  The successful candidate will play a key role in driving many of the key technical aspects, including and perform the following duties:

Responsible for the overall DFT design and verification.

-
Working in close collaboration with the design engineering teams and managers and directors on the various efforts involved in DFT definition and implementation of various projects and scoping DFT development efforts and deliver schedules.

Interacting with and guiding a wide variety of internal and external DFT design and verification teams, DFT IP and tool vendors.

-
Drive DFT implementation methodology, flow optimization and DFT coverage improvement

Requirements:

-
DFT design project management experience of project team size 10 or above

-
Good tracking record on delivering complex DFT implementation in SOC

Deep understanding of DFT design & verification flow using advanced process technology

Expertise on test control and test clock structure, JTAG, Boundary Scan, mbist/repair, scan, ATPG and Analog DFT

Experience on TE/PE support and solve test/production issues

-
People managerial experience and the ability to effectively manage a design team

Communication skills, well organized, and detail oriented

-
Innovative thinking and goal oriented execution

-
BSEE required; MSEE preferred

-
Minimum of 10 years of experience in DFT design
