Have you ever noticed how ESD protections of your incoming electronic components or electronic parts could be ensured well thru the tranportation from suppliers?

你是否有注意到供应商向你们发货的运输过程中,电子器件或部件的ESD防护如何保证?

Or, have you thought of ESD issue may have occurred in the transportation to your customers which may be one of the causes to lead to your customer complaints on your shipped products Poor Quality or Reliability?

或者,你是否有想到过,有可能你们给客户出货的运输过程中,可能是造成来自于客户投诉你们出货的产品品质或可靠性差的问题的原因之一?

There is industrial data to demonstrate IC on PCBA ESD could be damaged during manual tranportation while packaged with a common anstatic bag. It was found when operator charged at 1500V or above, and move such packaged PCBAs, one type of IC would occur a high rate of ESD failure.

行业内有相关数据,某电子产品的电路板采用普通的静电包装,在搬运过程中,搬运人员带静电达1500V以上,电路板的某颗IC事后发现高比例的静电击穿损坏。

Now,the problem could be resolved. If your supplier implement effective ESD protective packaging for all ESD sensitive components or parts, you no need worry about any ESD issues which can occur in the tranportation from supplier's site to your facility.

如果你的供应商来料采用有效的静电防护包装,那么你可以放心你的电子来料至少在运输途中不会有静电造成的品质问题;

If you only use ESD effective protective packaging for the electronic parts/products and ship to your customers, you no need care about any ESD issues in the tranportation. Any product ESD quality or reliability issue come from your customers, you can pay your full attention to investigate ESD issues throughout your manufacturing processes.
如果你给客户的电子部件或成品出货采用有效的静电防护包装,那么你完全不用考虑你的产品出货到客户的运输途中会产生静电影响品质的问题。遇到客户关于你们的产品静电方面的品质问题,你可以将精力完全放在你们的制造过程中,去发现问题。
