工作内容：

负责无线通信SoC芯片（如蓝牙BLE芯片）数字电路设计。

具体比如：

芯片 MODEM 系统架构设计、模块设计、整合及验证；

子系统架构规划、模块设计、整合及验证；

芯片 FPGA 平台规划与实现;

要求：

1）数字芯片相关，硕士及以上学历；

2）熟悉数字通信原理和dsp算法；

3）熟练掌握数字电路前端设计流程和相关工具。有代码编写、综合、仿真、FPGA验证经验

4） 2-5年通信SoC芯片设计经验，至少1次以上大规模SOC芯片成功量产经验。

具有以下经验者优先：

1）蓝牙BT量产经验。

2）8051或者arm相关经验。

关于我们：

目前自主设计的BLE SoC（Digital，Analog，RF，PMU）芯片，正在进行量产工作；

职位描述:

Job Description:

The position is to handle the project in thefield of communication system on the whole asic design flow from RTL to GDSII,and FPGA-based prototyping test, then to deliver quality design results. Workindependently in different stages of the ASIC design flow. Cooperate closelywith system/algorithm team, analog team and software team.

Requirements:

1. Master/PhD degree with 2+ years ofexperience of digital ASIC development in communication system physical layer.

2. Familiar with verilog/Vhdl, digital ASICFront-end design and related tools.

3. Familiar with logic synthesis, DFT,static timing analysis, ATPG, and power analysis.

4. Experience in FPGA-based prototypingtest is a plus.

5. Has knowledge of wireless communicationsystem and digital signal processing theory, or has knowledge of ARM or 8051cpu based SOC design architecture and design flow.

6. Has knowledge of C, Assemble language isa plus.

7. Has ability of independent debugging andself-learning.
