安装cadence遇到问题，求解答！！！！

运行安装命令./SETUP.SH，填写安装路径home/eda/ic6100后出现了
Setting up softload for lnx86 in /home/eda/ic6100
\c
The following tar errors were detected:
\c
/bin/tar: Removing leading `/' from member names
Could not set up SoftLoad in /home/eda/ic6100\c

You must have write permissions to install directory \c
and all its subdirectories
and atleast 10 MB available disk \c
space in install directory.

怎么办？不能继续了
