The following is my action steps:
1.Install IC615 Hotfix version with iscape and configure it with the same GUI.
2.Copy patch,sfk and flexlm.pat file to the IC installation directory
  .eg. /edatools/cadence/IC615
3.# ./patch
4.Modify ic615.lic with your own information
  #SERVER localhost ANY 5288
  #DAEMON /media/eda/cadence/ic615/tools/bin/cdslmd
5.Set environment and path
  setenv CADENCE /edatools/cadence
  setenv CDS_ROOT $CADENCE/IC615
  setenv CDSHOME $CADENCE/IC615
  set path =($CDS_ROOT/tools/bin $CDS_ROOT/tools/dfII/bin \
               $CDS_ROOT/tools/dracula/bin $path)
  setenv CDS_LIC_FILE /license/eva/eetop-study/ic615.lic
6.>virtuoso &
Note: I feel sorry that I only do some simple test with the crack and license file because I am not familar with IC615.
   I only share my simple test result with you and I think maybe it's useful for you.

I have tried this license and patch. I can start the Virtuoso without problem. I have not tried any layout or schematic.

You must un-set or remove "CDS_AUTO_64BIT". The patch seems not working with 64bit.
