请问IC招聘公司对应届生是否安排实习

大家好，我是华中科技大学在读研究生，想请教各位大虾：
一般的IC设计公司在和我们学生签了协议后，会不会在开年后安排我们去公司实习，完成毕业论文。
因为对我们来说，这样可以尽早适应公司的环境，然后毕业论文的题目更有挑战性，能给我们的学生生涯划上一个完美的句号，当然，我们也能早拿工资嘛。

Hello,

You have asked a good qeustion. In fact, it is a case-by-case question. Normally, the company will expect you get on board after you get your degree. However, quite a lot of IC companies welcome students, either signed an offer or not, negotiate with the company on the possibility of starting your work earlier. It will be a good attempt if you propose to do a small project for the company, typically 4~6 months long, and the company will be happy to see your motivation. In the worst case, if the company does not offer you a chance, you can still propose to other companies, then you will have even more chances.
