I'm a young broadcast engineer working on digital terrestrial TV technology and architecture in order to develope the TV industry of my country (Islamic Republic of IRAN )and I need some technical materials about modulation techniques and issues related to this topic. So I have read almost all the books and also I have make an archive contained many papaers and lecture documents in this field. There is below ten books related to OFDM modulation (and also 8VSB !) and the exact number might be 4 item ! However this book contained a fast review of three global DTV systems (ATSC ,DVB & ISDB)from the view point of coding and modulation and also had some usefull issues about modulation and coding techniques ;theory and practical aspects. at the end I can recommend this book for any professional who have not reached a professional level of design and implement of dtv systems and anyone wished to be familiar with DTVs.
