• Develop and maintain the AMD GPU Graphics Driver
• Work with asic design team to tune Graphics Driver     performance

Master/Ph.DDegree of Computer Science, Mathematics or Electronic

• Knowledge of Graphics application developing under     Microsoft Windows/Linux
• Knowledge of Computer Graphics
• Knowledge of x86 assembler language and x86/x64 cpu     instructions
• Knowledge of PC architecture

2. DV Design Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversees     definition, design, verification, and documentation for ASIC development.
• Determines     architecture design, logic design, and system simulation. Defines module     interfaces/formats for simulation.
• Contributes to     the development of multidimensional designs involving the layout of     complex integrated circuits.
• Evaluates all     aspects of the process flow from high-level design to synthesis, place and     route, and timing and power use.
• Analyzes     equipment to establish operation data, conducts experimental tests, and     evaluates results. May also review vendor capability to support     development.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Power targets,     IP selection, floorplan review etc.
• Develop RTL code     for chip level in verilog hdl and make sure functional correct and     reusable for different configuration.
• Synthesis     Participate in SOC IC project logic design

3. Soc Architect
looking for motivated individuals wishing to join a high-performing team as System Architect driving architecture of RTG roadmap products to deliver on the product requirements, including the Performance/Power/Schedule/Cost /Bounding Box. Develops products Use Cases and the Product Requirement Spec.


- Primary technical contact point for the program
- Responsible for the product features and capabilities
- Comprehends the SOC as a complete system which includes HW (silicon), FW, BIOS & SW


Skills and Experience:
Advanced degree in computer/electrical engineering (i.e. Masters)
Minimum 10 years' progressive related experience plus:
1) Very knowledgeable on the architecture of the PC platform for x86
2) Familiar with the interface industry standards specifications
3) Understand silicon process technologies and the tools to project power & performance of the SOC


4. Performance Lead Engineer
Roles of an SoC Performance Architecture Engineer include:
o SoC power and performance tradeoffs
o SoC Performance simulation and modeling configuration
o SoC architecture definition and evaluation
o Benchmark/workload analysis and characterization


Job responsibilities also include interactions with performance modeling team, SoC Leads, business development teams, and IP development teams to drive SoC performance, to resolve architectural performance issues.  


QUALIFICATIONS
Some or all of the following qualifications are strongly preferred:
o Strong background on computer architecture and performance analysis
o 8+ years of prior industry/academic with related experience.  
o Experience analyzing system bottlenecks and optimizing computing systems for performance
o Experience with computing systems performance evaluation, modeling, and simulator development
o Proficiency in C/C++ programming and software engineering concepts
