What you’ll be doing:

1.
Provide GPU hardwareand software support to our cloud customers.

2.
Work with partnersto solve GPU server issues

3.
Work closely withthe entire customer team, including sales and program management, as well asapplications engineering, and the solutions architecture team.

4.
Shepherd criticalcustomer issues and provide timely advance warning of critical issues that needattention.

5.
Be a technicalexpert on all NVIDIA products, directly supporting Sales Account Managers, andworking closely with the team to secure design wins, and to lead the support ofthe product through the design-in phase all the way to product end of life.

What we need to see:

1.
3-5 years of experiencein a high tech electronics industry in a design role or technical customersupport role.

2.
BS in EE, CS, Math,or Physics or equivalent work experience

3.
Comfortable in ahands-on lab environment

4.
In-depth knowledgeof computer systems architecture beneficial

5.
Linux and Linuxsystem administration skills

6.
HPC systemsmanagement experience

7.
HPC software: MPI,compilers, common applications
