weird problem in different machine, please help

I installed synopsys scl11.9 into one of our laptop, F26
one of the command in the package is lmhostid: on this machine:
/home/tools/synopsys/scl11.9/linux/bin/lmhostid
yielded:
lmhostid - Copyright (c) 1989-2014 Flexera Software LLC. All Rights Reserved.
The FlexNet host ID of this machine is ""2477031b04f0 d067e53aa071""
Only use ONE from the list of hostids.

Then I back up this package to another machine also F26
now
/home/tools/synopsys/scl11.9/linux/bin/lmhostid
I got:
/home/tools/synopsys/scl11.9/linux/bin/lmhostid: Command not found.

I went to the bin directory:
/home/tools/synopsys/scl11.9/linux/bin
ls -l lmhostid
-rwxr-xr-x. 1 dubeeloo dubeeloo 1031280 Nov 4 2014 lmhostid

-rwxr-xr-x. 1 dubeeloo dubeeloo 1031280 Nov 4 2014 lmhostid
I checked the OS, they are both the same:
Linux xiian 4.12.8-300.fc26.x86_64 #1 SMP Thu Aug 17 15:30:20 UTC 2017 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I could not tell anything different, Please help

The 64 bit system does not recognize the 32 bits binary:
You have two options:
1) use the 64 bits daemon
2) Install i386 package(yum install glibc.i686), and you could refer to the following post:

the weird part is one, xiian, could run without issue. while codelion just reportcommand mot found
