Can someone please upload this book? It has been published long time ago but there is no link in the web.

You mean it's not been published? I really don't know, but it's been in AMAZON and other sites for more than a year. Maybe you're right and we should wait.....
I have installed Mentor Vista and also waiting people to upload synopsys platform architect and also cadence System Development Suite. I think these tools need special knowledge of hardware and software and without good tutorials, it's impossible for someone to discover their capabilities.
There is also another book, named "Cadence TLM-Driven Design and Verification Methodology" published in 2010 but I could not find a link. If someone has it, please upload.
