如何设计M5以及左边管子的尺寸？M5应在何时关断？是只要离开图一中的B点还是必须到A点才关断？谢谢指教

好象这个关系不大，只要仿真的时候在B点m5有电流注入m1,并且A点时m5截止就可以了。

M5 is not totally turned off untill the circuit move to the equilibrium point A. The reason is that if the circuit is at the undesired equilibrium point B, then there is no current through M1 and M2. However, M5 will provide a current in M1 that will cause the circuit to move to the equilibrium point A. As the circuit approaches the point A, the source voltage of M5 increases, causing the current through M5 to decrease. At point A the current through M1 is essentially the current through M3 and M5 is totally turned off.
