Your Goals and Responsibilities Design and verify digital circuits in collaboration with senior design engineers and project managers in Switzerland and China: Building blocks such as registers, counters, timers, FSMs, filters, FFTs, adders and multipliers CPUs as well as controllers such as for embedded RAM, ROM and EEPROM Your ASICs perform complex functions such as 3D-imaging based on the time-of-flight principle Write behavioural and RTL code in VHDL for blocks and testbenches Synthesis with STA and gate-level verification
Your Profile Master's degree or PhD degree in Electronic Engineering or similar Independent and self-motivated At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital CMOS circuit design, using state-of-the-art EDA tools such as Cadence Design Systems, Mentor Graphics and/or Synopsys At least 5 years of experience for senior level Good oral and written skills in English Profound knowledge on Unix operation system is a plus
