Keith Armstrong

MIEE（英国电气工程师学会授权会员 since 1977），C. Eng（英国特许工程师 since 1978），
Group1 Eur Ing（FEANI 欧洲国家工程师联合会许可的欧盟工程师 since 1988），MIEEE（IEEE member）
