synopsys EDA软件（dc,pt,vcs)安装问题求助

我是在XP下用wubi安装的Ubuntu 10.04.
按照网上的教程安装了 synopsys 的 dc 200809, primetime200406, vcs200906. 安装过程一切顺利，
crcak 后， dc 运行正常， 说明license的破解和设置应该没有问题。

但是运行primetime时：
wth@ubuntu:/home$  pt_shell
wth@ubuntu:/home$  /usr/synopsys/primetime/linux/syn/bin/pt_shell_exec: error while loading shared libraries: libXft.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

我在 /usr/synopsys/primetime/linux/syn/bin/这个路径下用vi编辑了一个ibXft.so.1空文件，还是报同样的错。

再运行vcs：
wth@ubuntu:/home$ vcs
wth@ubuntu:/home$ Usage: vcs [-M[opts]] [-R] [-V] [-o output] [+rad] [+cli] [+acc] [other-opts] files
vcs -help
set: 1: Illegal option -h

再试：
wth@ubuntu:~/ARM$ vcs clock.v
wth@ubuntu:~/ARM$ Perhaps vcs hasn't been installed for machine of type "linux".
Or the installation has been damaged.
To verify whether vcsC-2009.06 supports machine of type "Linux 2.6.32-35-generic",
please look at ReleaseNotes for more details .
We determine the machine type from uname; maybe uname is incorrect.

貌似不是license的问题， 向高手求教该如何解决啊？  谢谢

vcs安装，要增加依赖库.
依赖库是怎么回事啊，怎么加？

ubuntu不是官方指定的linux版本，会出现很多内核，库，编译器等问题，不建议自己折腾，改用RHEL4
另外PT版本比DC低那么多，估计也会出现问题，找个和DC差不多年份的版本吧

Answer:
The required file is unavailable.
Search in the internet for the file ==> libXft.so.1
Download it into linux (or Ubuntu).
Any version of linux also can download for used.
Then do the following:

sudo ln -s libXft.so.1 /usr/lib/libXft.so.1

The "sudo" command requires ROOT password.
Then try to run your program in home directory. (Same like running a program at "desktop" in Microsoft Windows)
Also, if the synopsys program that you are using contain "command prompt" features. Dont used it. Only used the "command prompt" given by linux (or ubuntu).
Command prompt = shell (in linux or Ubuntu)
