A: I encountered your problem when I was a novice. The problem is that you have installed another tool which also need a license and Cosmosscope can't detect the right one.

设置环境变量右击我的电脑，选择属性-高级-环境变量，新建如下系统变量

SNPSLMD_LICENSE_FILE
C:\flexlm\license.dat
